How can I contact a Coastline sales representative?
Send e-mail to info@coastline.com or use our online sales support form.
Do I get a telephone number from Coastline to dial in to the Internet?
No. Coastline does not provide dial-up service for our customers. It is assumed you already have access to the Internet.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit card is the only payment option at Coastline.
Can I send payments through Western Union or send a check?
No. Sending money by wire or paying by check is currently not an option. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.

Will you automatically charge my credit card at the end of each billing period?
Yes. At the end of each billing period your card will automatically be charged the proper amount to cover the next period. Notify us at least two weeks in advance of the billing period if you wish to stop your service.
Will you bill me for a new domain name?
No.  If you chose the signup option to have us register your domain name for you, we will use your credit card at Registrars.com and register the name for you immediately. If, at signup, you did not request Coastline to help register your domain name for you, you will need to buy a domain name yourself. Registrars.com charges $35 for the first year then $35 per year thereafter.  They do have bulk discounts so if you want to register more than one year at a time, you can do so. If you know that you are going to host with us, we can provide you with the DNS information beforehand to expedite getting your site on line.

Do you charge an extra fee to submit my domain name for registration?
No. We do not charge for submitting new domain name requests or domain name transfer requests to InterNIC.
Can I have multiple domain names point to one account?
Yes. There is a $10 monthly fee in addition to our standard one time setup fee for each domain you wish to point at your common home page. All e-mail sent to these extra domains will be forwarded to your primary domain name.
How do I discontinue service with Coastline?
To cancel your account please use our cancel form at http://www.coastline.com/cancel
